Meet Ana
I'm Ana, a tattoo artist based at San Sakura Tattoo Studio in Leeds city centre. I began my tattoo journey two years ago and have been tattooing professionally for the past year.
I specialise in black and grey, realism, and anime and manga-inspired tattoos while also enjoying working across a wide range of styles including fine line, Japanese, blackwork and colour.
Art has always been part of my life. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Illustration, I continued exploring creativity through animation, mixed media and sculpture before bringing my passion into tattooing.
I believe every tattoo should tell a story. Whether it represents an important memory, a personal journey or simply something you love, my goal is to create artwork that becomes a meaningful part of your identity.
Inspired by Japanese culture, anime, nature, diaspora and contemporary illustration, I strive to create thoughtful tattoos that remain timeless for years to come.
